REO was a Michigan based automotive company that produced cars and trucks from 1905 until 1975. REO only made luxurious automobiles like the Flying Cloud for a short period of time due to the great depression and in 1936 REO abandoned the idea of manufacturing luxury vehicles and focused solely on trucks.
This 1933 REO Flying Cloud is a beautiful remnant of the pre-war era of automotive design. Nothing makes a bigger statement than the large flared arches that can be found on many of the vehicles produced during the 30’s.
This particular example has a completely original interior as well as the original horn, headlights, and taillights. It has reportedly been repainted in the past and the undercoating is visible on the side steps. All windows roll up and down flawlessly and all the door hinges are in great condition (no loose or squeaky hinges). This Flying cloud has 61,495 original miles although true mileage is unknown. Power is provided by a straight-6 flathead engine and it is noted that the Master cylinder has an issue (seller doesn’t know the exact issue), engine does start up however.
This lovely REO is looking for an owner who has a great appreciation for cars of this era and can restore her back to her former glory.

This looks like something fun to tinker around with. You don’t see alot of these running around town.
